    <3 Emily,
I love that I can connect to this. It was also very powerful and cool how you compared your problems to waves. Amazing!

If everyone in the US would wear seatbelts more it would minimize the risk of deaths each year. Growing up riding the bus can make you forget to put seatbelts on when you get into a car some where else. Not wearing seatbelts are bad habits, and are hard to break. They need to be worn because they secure you, even if your not in an accident. There are more goods then bads about wearing seatbelts, so choose wisely before you get into a car.
In conclusion, seatbelts should be worn every time you get into a moving vehicle. Together me, and you can make this happen. Influence people to wear seatbelts, especially little kids. This is why I think wearing seatbelts are important and should be on all buses.
I really think this is an example of how I use to write at the begining of the year. I was new to it, just like a new surfer would be to catch their first wave. It really shows how much I've improved this year.

    Life being a fairy tale
    Growing up in time
I like to think of poetry soft and soothing, and thats what waves remind me of in the early morning. Their relaxing and expiring and that's also what Tanka's and Haiku's are in poetry.

{http://www.hawaiipictures.com/pictures/gallery/beaches/a-29-tropical-oasis-web-lg.jpg} Picture of a Sunny Beach DayPeople sometimes don’t know how to solve their problems better yet know they have a problem. I’ve realized from personal experiences that you have to admit and realize you have a problem, and not to ignore it, because it will always come back. One example from my personal life is when my mom left my dad, my dad was a wreck. He was emotionally upset, and wasn’t taking care of his self. But after a few days he turned his attitude around, and all though he was filled with anger he took initiative. He changed the house around, and got rid of all her stuff. All though this might seem small it was a big step for him, and I was really proud of him. He psychologically realized he had a problem, and physically changed his life. This was his way of dealing with his problems, and it has worked for a good while.
Waves relate to problems because, they change constantly just like problems do. When a wave is really hard to catch, you have to figure out psychologically what your going to do, and physically change it, just like my dad did.

Last but not least, Nora takes a chance to find her self. She wants to be her own person, she doesn’t want to be a follower. She wants to go out in the world and make her own decisions, be a leader, and most of all be happy. She realizes her whole life she was trying to be perfect and somebody she wasn’t, when she could have been herself the whole time. All though she left her kids, it might have been for the best. She would have wanted her kids to know their mother, not someone who was a lier. That it’s self proves how she is fearless.
In the end, Nora finally makes the right decision. She did everything she could do for Helmer, but she just couldn’t put up with him any longer. She becomes independent, fearless, and strong and that makes all the difference.
I think Nora being fearless really relates to how someone would react to in order to catch a wave, or beginning how to learn. You have to be fearless to even learn how to surf. Taking a chance is what Nora did, and thats what many surfers do.

When she turned around she lifted her hands and said, “Wala!” “Welcome to the last level Emily, the level of the hard working.” “This is the most important level, in softball heaven” she said. “Hard work and dedication is what I did to get here.” “ I worked everyday and every hour for modeling, and look at me now. To get what you want you, got to work 100%. Work hard to make it in life, and you wont regret it, I pinky promise.” I gave her a big hug, and thanked her for everything. We walked out of a secret door and appeared where we started.
“So did you learn anything?” my Grammy asked. I thought to myself, and nodded my head, I learned that passion, teamwork, and hard work will take you far in anything you want to be, or do when you grow up. If you really want something you need to go above and beyond. That was my reward, and I will always cherish it for a long time. Grammy wrapped her arm around my neck, and we walked together across the softball field.
This is my favorite piece of writting this year. I really showed how much I understood the project. I fallowed all the steps, just like you would when your about to catch a wave.

It was shown that 15,383 lives were saved from seatbelts in the year 2006, however 42,642 were killed. Which one will you choose? In my opinion, seatbelts should be on buses because, they save many life’s, as you can tell. Wearing seatbelts are the law. What makes school buses so different? It is a proven fact that seatbelts are safer then not wearing them at all. Any time you get in a vehicle you should always put a seatbelt on, and that is why they should put seatbelts on buses.
When I step on to that bus in the morning, I do not feel safe at all. Everybody should be safe no matter what vehicle it is. Although they are very uncomfortable, they protect you and minimize a risk of you getting hurt or being killed. My number one problem is that children ride buses, and that’s even more dangerous then adults. The bottom line is that seatbelts protect you and they should be worn anywhere you go.
